BCAM will participate in the Bizkaia Enpresa Day organized by BEAZ

  • This is the thirteenth edition of an event whose primary goal is to strengthen the culture of proximity that Beaz aims to make its hallmark

On April 23, the Scientific Director of the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics, José A. Lozano, will participate in the Bizkaia Enpresa Day, an annual event that brings together nearly 400 people, including representatives from companies and collaborators from Bizkaia. These sessions are organized by BEAZ, the economic development agency of Bizkaia.

This event will address crucial topics for the business fabric of the region, with a special focus on digital transformation. Among the presentations, there will be a contribution from Jesús Oñate, Cold Forging and CNC Machining Company in Durango, sharing its experience in adopting new processes and technologies during its digital transformation journey.

Barbara IoT, a company specialized in advising and guiding businesses in their digitization process, will provide information on how companies can benefit from the effective implementation of digital technologies and intelligent data management.

From the academic perspective, BCAM will discuss active collaboration with BEAZ through the advisory service in mathematical modeling. Emphasizing the significant contribution of research areas in Data Science & AI, outlining how these disciplines can provide innovative and insightful solutions to current business challenges.

The Bizkaia Enpresa Day will once again consolidate itself as a space where the business community of Bizkaia can learn from concrete experiences, access specialized knowledge, and establish strategic connections.
